Dale Poune has been a musician and a songwriter his whole life.  Dale plays guitar, dobro, mandolin, bass and Sings. He worked with the Fortunes for 12 years (You've got your troubles, Here comes that rainy day feeling again), Buddy Miles (The Califonia Raisin tour), Paulette Carlson( HWY 101), David Frizzell (Your the Reason God made Oklahoma), Johnny Lee ( Lookin for Love) Lacy J Dalton(16th Ave) and Marty Haggard, The Coasters, and The Drifters. 
     The last 13 years has been working with Independent country artist Lacy J Dalton (16th Ave, Black Coffee) the last eight years. When not working with Lacy still does dates with the Fortunes or you can catch him in local Reno clubs playing with bands or doing a single. 
      Dale's first solo album was titled "Loose Ends" . He has just released a second CD titled "Guitar Pizza on the Pepo records label. Guitar pizza is a compilations of instrumental songs recorded by Dale. Dale will soon be releasing a new CD titled "Future Dreams"
     Dale recorded on Lacy J Dalton's new release's "Next to Me" "Scarecrow"on Song Dog records. An americana style tune with Dale playing acoustic and resonator guitars. You can find his acoustic work on Lacy J Dalton's "This Close" CD. 
     Four of the Comstock Cowboy albums feature guitar, bass and vocal work by Dale, "Gather round Cowboys", "Break it to the Cowboy" a gospel album titled"I was never Alone" featuring duets with David John(Cowboys lead singer) and Lacy J Dalton on the Lacy's song "Summerland".

Dale's latest work is on the "Krista Jenkins and All Hat No Cattle " CD "Its just me and Richard Elloyan's new CD.  

     Other talents are as follows Music instructor at the High Desert Stage prison and California Correctional Center in Susanville Have teaching classes there since 2014. In 2021 started teaching Beginning, Intermediate and private guitar and music classes at Western Nevada College in Nevada.
